About Us
Ground Professionals LLC was established in 2003. Formerly known as Lighthouse Lawn Maintenance LLC. The company changed it's name strictly for marketing purposes, All employees and management remain the same.
Ground Professionals LLC is a medium sized Grounds Maintenance Company specializing in mowing, maintenance, landscaping of common ground areas for the public.
The owner Annette Armstrong is a Melbourne Florida native. A graduate of Melbourne High School, Brevard Community College and University of South Florida. Her family roots are firmly planted with a Five Generation Brevard County history.
Co-owner Mark Rutkowski has over 20 years of Ground Maintenance operating experience in the state of Florida and previous experience in New York. He has certifications in this field of expertise. Including irrigation and fertilization.

Just wanted to thank everyone for taking such good care of our yard in Indialantic. Everyone does a great job mowing and trimming around the edging such as to not damage the vinyl edging and it is looking really sharp. The team is also doing a good job with weed control in the mulched in the areas and they all did such a neat job trimming all the shrubbery and cleaning up after. Bruce is very gracious and did a thorough job treating the turf with granular weed control. Your entire team is very gracious and dedicated to doing a good job. Thanks again for a job well done.
